Why can't I access my Vlisco account?Updated a month ago

We’ve recently launched our new and improved website, and as part of this update, you may need to activate your existing Vlisco account to regain access.


For existing customers:

You should have received an account activation email from us. Kindly click the activation link in that email to set your new password and activate your account for the updated site.

If your account has already been activated but you’re still unable to log in, we recommend resetting your password using the Forgot your password? link on the login page.


Didn’t receive an activation or password reset email?

Please first check your spam or junk folder, as the email may have been filtered there. If you’re still unable to locate it, our Customer Support team will be happy to assist you.


For wholesale customers:

If you’re experiencing issues with a business (B2B) wholesale account, please reach out directly to our dedicated Wholesale team for assistance.
