How do I place an order?

Ordering on vlisco.com is simple. Begin by selecting a product from our curated collections under the Products menu. Click on an item to view detailed images, descriptions, and pricing.

Add your chosen items to your shopping cart and access the cart anytime via the bag icon to review and proceed to checkout.

At checkout:

Select your delivery country to view the total cost, including shipping.
Enter your contact and delivery details.
Choose your payment method and provide billing information if different.

After payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once dispatched, a shipping notification with tracking details and your digital invoice will follow.

Invoices are sent exclusively via email and are not included in the package. This ensures that gift purchases remain discreet.
