Return Guidelines

You may return your online order within 30 working days of purchase for a refund, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging.

Members of the Vlisco loyalty programme benefit from an extended return period.

You are not required to state a reason for your return, though your feedback is appreciated to help us improve.

Return shipping costs and any related fees (including duties) to Vlisco’s premises in the Netherlands are your responsibility. If you have paid taxes or import duties, please contact your local customs for reimbursement. Returns using a prepaid label will have the return costs deducted from your refund.

If you choose to return your order via a carrier of your choice, Vlisco is not liable for any delays, losses, or damages during transit. It is your responsibility to ensure delivery, retain proof of postage, and arrange adequate insurance.

Vlisco does not offer exchanges; to exchange a product we recommend that you place a new order on vlisco.com.

After we receive your returned item, returns are generally processed within 15 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Posting times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
